Due to the increase in electricity consumption world, tendency resource diversity generation section has increased. With decrease reserves of petroleum and derivative products used traditional energy production systems, turned renewable sources. Examples sources are sun, wind turbines, fuel cells. In order provide sustainable blades body must be protected. this study, blade pitch angle control turbine is realized with PID controller protected from high speeds. The coefficient determined by PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) Ziegler Nichols method. Simulation was carried out MATLAB/Simulink environment.
